Laserprints.co.uk offers professional live video conference technical support for DTF and UV printing systems. This service is designed to provide rapid assistance where an on-site visit is not immediately required or where guided intervention can safely resolve the issue. Video Support is a chargeable engineering service, delivered in real time by an experienced technician. What Video Support Is Used For Video Support is suitable for: Ink system diagnostics and guidance White ink circulation and agitation issues Maintenance station checks Minor mechanical adjustments Sensor and error interpretation Visual fault confirmation Operational guidance and best-practice instruction It allows Laserprints.co.uk to see the machine in real time, assess conditions accurately, and guide the operator through safe corrective actions. How the Video Support Session Works Booking & Payment A Video Support session is scheduled in advance A 50% advance payment is required before the session begins Live Video Assessment The client connects via a video platform agreed in advance The client uses a mobile device or camera to show the machine live The engineer will ask specific questions and request visual checks Outcome & Resolution If the reported issue is resolved and the machine is returned to operational condition, the session is deemed successful A follow-up invoice is issued for the remaining balance where applicable What Is Expected from the Client To ensure the session is effective, the client must: Provide a stable internet connection Have physical access to the machine Be able to safely follow instructions Have basic tools available (as advised) Operate the machine during the session when required Laserprints.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays or limitations caused by poor connectivity or lack of access. If a fault is determined to require on-site attendance, Video Support may still be chargeable and a separate quotation will be provided. Liability & Risk All actions carried out during Video Support are performed by the client under guidance. Laserprintsuk.co.uk is not liable for damage caused by incorrect execution of instructions or pre-existing faults. Pricing & Payment Terms Video Support – Flat Rate: £75 + VAT 50% advance payment required prior to the session If full resolution is achieved, 100% of the fee becomes payable If resolution is not achieved, only the advance payment applies Resolution is defined as the machine being restored
