LaserPrints operates as a technical B2B supplier, and all customers are expected to ensure compatibility and suitability prior to purchase.

2. Delivery Information

2.1 Standard Delivery Method

All parts and consumables are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class as standard.

This provides a fast and reliable UK-wide delivery service.

2.2 Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after cut-off times or during weekends will be processed the next working day.

2.3 Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail First Class delivery is typically 1–2 working days, but this is not guaranteed.

Delays caused by postal services are outside of our control.

2.4 Delivery Address

Customers must ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering.

LaserPrints is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

2.5 Risk & Ownership

Responsibility for goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original condition

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

We will assess and advise on replacement or return
