1. Introduction

At Laserprintsuk.co.uk LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is a priority. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, replacements, or credit notes are issued for products and services purchased through our website or by direct invoice.

This policy applies to B2B transactions involving machine parts, technical services, and support packages.

2. Definitions

​

Goods: Physical products including machine parts, components, consumables and accessories.

Services: Technical services such as installation, maintenance, calibration, training, or engineering support.

Customer: A legitimate business entity purchasing goods or services from Laserprints.co.uk.

3. General Refund Principles

​

All sales are final unless a return is authorised under this policy.

Refunds are not automatic — all claims must be reviewed and approved.

We reserve the right to offer a repair, replacement, credit note, or partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds (if approved) are issued via the original payment method or as a credit note to the customer’s account.

4. Eligibility for Returns (Goods Only)

​

Goods are eligible for return only if:

They are defective, damaged, or materially not as described, and

A return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery, and

We authorise the return in writing before goods are sent back.

Non-returnable items:

Custom-made items

Special order parts

Consumables not in original packaging

Opened or used components without a confirmed defect

Return condition:
Goods must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

5. How to Request a Return / Refund

​

To initiate a claim:

or use the support portal.

Provide:

Invoice or order number

Description of the issue

Photos/videos (if applicable)

Our team will review and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) if eligible.

No returns will be accepted without an authorised RMA.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

​

If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival:

Notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Provide supporting evidence.

Upon approval, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement free of charge

Repair (if practical)

Refund or credit note

We may request the return of faulty goods for inspection.

7. Services Refunds

​

Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis:

Prepaid services not yet started: Eligible for a full refund if cancelled with 5 business days notice.

Partially completed services: May qualify for a partial refund proportional to work delivered.

Completed services: Generally non-refundable unless there is a demonstrable failure to deliver as agreed.

Disputes are resolved through documentation review and, if required, escalation to senior management.

8. Delivery and Inspection

​

Goods must be inspected on delivery. If damage is evident in transit:

Sign as “damaged” with the courier

Report immediately to LaserPrints.co.uk

Failure to note visible damage at delivery may affect eligibility for a refund.

9. Refund Processing Time

​

Upon approval:

Refunds to card or bank transfer: 5–10 business days

Credit notes issued within 3 business days

We will notify you once processed.

10. Exceptions & Special Conditions

​

We may refuse a return if:

The item was used inappropriately

The return is outside the eligible timeframe

The product shows physical wear beyond initial delivery condition

For safety reasons, certain consumables and electrical components are non-returnable once opened.

11. Warranties

​

Products may carry the manufacturer’s warranty in addition to this policy. Warranty terms differ by supplier and item; where applicable, warranty support will be facilitated by Laserprintsuk.co.uk LTD

12. Dispute Resolution

​

In the event of a dispute:

Parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, claims may be referred to arbitration under UK commercial law.
