Service Description
Our Breakdown & Call-Out Service is designed for customers whose printer or equipment has developed a fault and requires an engineer to attend their premises. A qualified engineer will travel to your site to diagnose the problem, investigate the reported fault, test the relevant components, and identify the cause of the issue. Where possible, we'll repair the machine during the visit and confirm it's operating correctly before we leave. If the repair can't be completed on-site—for example if specialist parts are required or the machine needs workshop repairs—we'll explain exactly what we've found and provide clear recommendations on the next steps, including any parts or further work needed. This is a reactive repair service for unexpected breakdowns and is charged separately from routine servicing or maintenance plans.
