Dual I3200 DTF - White Printhead Recovery

Today's emergency call out,

A Client's dual head I3200- 1C1W - DTF machine had dropped all white nozzles, their full production run had all come to a daunting stop, from first glance the worst (Head failure) had been suspected.

But Laserprints.co.uk's engineer Ryan was quick to the site, for an 8:00am start, after the client booked though our online booking portal.

With tooling in hand, our engineer worked through a meticulous process of elimination. Providing evidence to the client of significant steps, (we don't just change out parts) we scientifically diagnose the root cause of the problem.

After our engineer conducted his in-depth tests. The problem was found and corrected.

(It wasn't the head which was a massive relief to the client)

We tell our clients. Don't ever throw your printheads away. Send them our way for a correct diagnosis. Let us recover blocked nozzles and dropped out channels.

If it's defective and at its end of life, we simply return it to you or discard it with your consent.
